Squeal! I found a blogshop that does custom-made wedding gowns and bridesmaids’ dresses!
I’ve been dreaming of this Vera Wang gown since it appeared in the Fall 2009 collection… I wonder if the blogshop can tailor something like it?

I’m crossing my fingers… and my toes, just in case :P

This is how the DIY truffles were supposed to turn out. I ended up with Min falling off her chair laughing at my exploding truffles. Sadly, that’s not a euphemism; the dratted things exploded and cracked in the fridge, for some reason.
Oh, well. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again!
I really hope they don’t explode the second time, though. Poor John – I was on the phone with him when I opened the fridge door and started shrieking at the sight of the sad, ruined truffles. He thought we were being robbed.
John seems preoccupied. This wedding is really bringing out his dark side. I want to see him smile more, like he used to. What is he not telling me?

This dress is so cute!! I don’t know whether I should get it or not. John says my blogshop addiction is getting a bit scary. But it’s… so cute!
Sigh. Didn’t get into the Paris baking course. I guess it is all for the best. Now I can concentrate on the wedding. But I am getting worried about John. He is talking even less these days, and seems very terse whenever the subject of the wedding comes up.
Is he having doubts? Doesn’t he want to get married?
Looking forward to the ring buying trip! Mom loves diamond rings. She showed me the ring Dad got her when they got married. She said, it is the measure of a man’s love for you.
